The Hospital that welcomes you with a smile.
Set in the picturesque market town of Newark, the hospital, which is part of Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, follows the ethos of providing the best care by the best people in the best place. Our friendly well-trained staff believe in putting the patient first and offer fantastic care to each and every patient, ensuring that your stay in hospital is as stress free as possible. We believe in investing in our hospital and therefore we have a bright clean modern environment in which our care is set. We have a dedicated women's centre that offers maternity, gynaecology and breast services. Alongside this we also offer radiology, endoscopy and therapy services as well as three operating suites and a small accident and emergency unit, meaning we really are the hospital that is small enough to care, but large enough to deliver.
The Queens Medical Centre campus is part of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, the fourth biggest Trust in the country. It was recently announced as one of the top five teaching Trusts by health information specialist Dr Foster and is a centre of excellence in patient care, teaching and research.
